When a child is hurt or feeling any discomfort it will most likely cry and throw a fit. So you may ask how do adults cry and throw a fit with out physically shedding a tear. I know with myself I would still throw a fit as an adult but it was threw my behaviors buying impulsely, binge eating, blaming others, not considering others feelings.
Tbe past is the past it's done and over so why cry anymore, why hang on to what's been done make amends and move on. There's nothing to prove I tell myself come as you are, you are good enough.. My best advice it's when I been telling myself, you can't be in the past if your intentional with right now. Stop crying and LIVE!
